We hope that you enjoy our products and are completely satisfied with them and our service. In some circumstances it may be necessary to return products to us.
Please follow these instructions when returning goods as it may delay the process if items are not returned correctly.
You will be responsible for the associated charges incurred in returning any goods, unless we have agreed to reimburse you through a separate agreement.
As the customer you are responsible for inspecting the goods on delivery and you must contact us promptly should a problem arise.
You should contact us in writing within 48 Hours after delivery if you need to inform us about missing, broken or defective goods.
When sending goods back to us you are responsible for the safe carriage of these items and we would recommend that you insure them for there full value while in transit back to us. So that you can recover the full cost of the goods should they get lost, stolen or damaged.
Any product returned to us must be sent in its original packaging with all associated items intact and included.
Please retain your shipping receipt and proof of postage/insurance as we will not accept liability for lost, damaged or stolen, returning goods.
Refunds are issued after we investigate each return and make a decision, this will always be within thirty (30) days after the date that you notify us of the return and after we have confirmed that you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will only be made when the product in question have been received by us in its original delivery state.
Each return must be clearly marked with a return number, a return number will be issued to you when we process your request. We cannot accept returned goods without a valid return number clearly marked on the packaging.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website or through our returns team and claim a full refund. To cancel your order you must notify us within seven (7) working days commencing on the day after delivery. You must return the product to us at your own cost as required by these Terms but if you do not or if you return the product to us at our expense then we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning a product except in the case of cancellation of substitute products. Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail: email@example.com . Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us and are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey. The product should be returned within seven (7) working days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return the product to us within seven (7) working days you must advise us.
We are not obliged to accept the return of a product unless covered by the Distance Selling Regulations as outlined in Section 4 and you have notified us of cancellation in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. We may, in our absolute discretion, accept products subject to the deduction of a handling and administration fee of 10% plus delivery costs. To find out whether this will be possible, please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org . Should we accept the return of an unwanted or incompatible product, you are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us and you will bear the risk during carriage until the product is received by us therefore you are advised to organise appropriate insurance to cover the return journey.
Damaged or Broken Goods
All product supplied to you must be used for there intended purpose only and not subjected to abuse or unreasonable usage. Damage to goods in postage can be claimed from the carrier's insurance. Lantac or our authorised agent will repair or replace any product that has failed in normal usage and will reimburse the costs of returning the goods to us, and subsequently retuning the goods to you, as long as the product has been used as intended and does not, on investigation, display any signs of misuse. If the product does display signs of misuse, then you will be responsible for the costs and expenses of us examining the goods and, if you instruct us to, returning them to you.
Ordering & Delivery
Items marked 'In Stock, ready to Ship' will be delivered to you normally within 24Hrs. Items marked 'Out of Stock Backorder OK' are out of stock but will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Normally within 30 days.
We maintain high stock levels of most goods and normally ship quickly but you should allow between 7- 14 days on average for delivery of your items and up to 30 days and longer depending on availability. We will keep you informed as to your delivery date if you have to wait.
Should your goods be delayed for any reason we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Unless agreed with us in writing prior to a payment all deposits are non refundable.
A non refundable 50% deposit is required to hold a firearm before any custom work will be undertaken with final payment due when the rifle has been completed and ready to ship or be collected.
Custom work is defined as modification to an original firearm by fitting different furniture or making performance modifications and installing new equipment. It also defines any barrel chanbering work, length adjustment and threading work.
Orders will be taken as cancelled if payment has not been made after 7 days from notification that the firearm is ready for delivery or collection. Or after any further agreed time limit is not met.
Placing an order with us constitutes an understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Many of the items we supply are ITAR controlled and while they can be exported a license is required to do so. Please contact us to discuss your requirements if purchasing in a foreign country.
UK export law also applies to these transactions.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
We accept all major Credit Cards and payments are taken securely via Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Worldpay and Nat West Streamline.
